Shipping
Once you have ordered one or more items and the order and payment has been completed, your item will be posted within 5 working days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays and public holidays).
Should the package unexpectedly not show up, contact your nearest post office and ask for it, it sometimes happens that it is for collection without the recipient having received a collection note.
NOTE: Check carefully if you should have received a pick-up note, and make sure that the address of your mailbox is the same as the one you ordered.
If we receive the package back, you will of course hear from us.

None of the information entered into a trade is passed on or sold to third parties.
Our entire website is encrypted with "HTTPS" security. When you are forwarded to our payment window, it is "SSL" encrypted and therefore you can be sure that your entered information will never be shared with others, not even ourselves.
Return policy
You have a 14-day right of return, where you have to pay the postage for the return shipping. Return of goods, please enclose name and invoice number. All items MUST be returned in original and undamaged packaging, ie. Optionally. boxes must be in the same condition as on receipt. Various fuses / labels must be unbroken.
The refund of the item will be made within 5 days of receipt of the returned item.
If there are any problems or anything else you are always welcome to contact me. I am only interested in fully satisfied customers. There is a solution to every problem.
Reservation
Reservations are made for price errors / typing errors, price changes and sold-out items.
I can not guarantee that the colors shown on the website accurately reflect the colors that the product actually has. It can i.a. depends on your computer settings.
